WIMBORNE IN BLOOM COFFEE MORNING RAISES OVER £600

Wimborne in Bloom Spring Coffee Morning held at the home of the founders Anthony & Christine Oliver in Park Lane, Wimborne Minster on Saturday 23rd May raised the magnificent amount of £687, this including a very generous donation of £100.

The morning could not have been more perfect as the sun shone throughout as around 70 people enjoyed sitting in the garden or the shade of the house.

The morning included a Bring and Buy and a Plant Sales Table as well as a splendid Raffle all of which contributed to the success of the morning.

Member of Parliament Vikki Slade supported the event and kindly drew the tickets for some of the raffle prizes.

Anthoy & Christine expressed thanks to everyone who helped make the morning such a success…those who donated raffle prizes, plants for sale and the bring and buy and most importantly those who assisted with the running of the event and of course all those who attended and the donations received from those unable to be present.

The proceeds from the morning will go towards the planting up of the Flower Towers and Planters around Town for the summer.
